My name is Davida Hassell-Hodge, and I am proud to be born and raised on the beautiful island of St. Maarten. Over the years, my passion for my homeland has grown alongside my professional journey in property management. Fluent in English and with a working knowledge of Spanish Dutch and Papiamento, I am able to connect with a diverse range of clients and partners.
I have been managing properties since 1997, with my first major project being at the Simpson Bay Yacht Club, Phase 1. This experience laid the foundation for my career in real estate. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with local real estate companies where I’ve honed my expertise in both residential and commercial property management. As I now have the honor of this new adventure with Island Dreams Reality, I am proud to claim a position as their new property manager.
Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships within the industry and the community, making me well-equipped to address any challenges that may arise in property management. Being from St. Maarten has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the island and its unique needs, which has only fueled my dedication to providing exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.
