I was born and raised in China, spent over a decade in the U.S., and later lived in Japan for three years. Those experiences gave me a love for different cultures and a truly global mindset that I bring into everything I do.
Real estate has always been in my blood. Growing up, I was surrounded by family members who built businesses in real estate, IT, and finance—and watching them taught me the value of integrity, creativity, and hard work.
Before moving into real estate full-time, I worked in several U.S. county government offices—from collecting motor vehicle and property taxes to treasury and bookkeeping —which gave me a strong foundation in customer service, problem-solving, stay organized, and a lot of patience for paperwork :).
I started managing rental properties remotely back in 2016 and later became a licensed real estate agent in Texas. When I discovered Sint Maarten, I instantly fell in love—the island’s energy, people, and opportunities inspired me to make it my new home.
I speak Mandarin and English, and I can also read Japanese. Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking, playing piano, or exploring new places.
For me, great real estate service is all about connection—listening, communicating, and helping people turn their island dreams into reality.
