Starting my real-estate career in Canada at the fully charged age of 19, our path led to buying, renovating and building homes while holding daytime jobs. In 2010, Sint Maarten left the Netherlands Antilles to form a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. In honor of its heritage, this landmark property is named after Her Royal Highness Princess Catharina-Amalia of the Netherlands.
