Valley Estate Heights will, in line with  the other phases of Valley Estate, have security at the entrance , complete infrastructure with concrete roads, electricity, water, telephone , cable TV and streetlights, and its own Home Owners Foundation, which will be in charge of the upkeep of the common areas, security, check of building plans on conformity with the regulations etc.

Phase 3 lots vary in area from 744 m2 to 1100 m2.
