Everyone wants to know where the market will go. Who has the crystal ball? I believe that history, trends and global influences are our crystal ball. And all indications are we are headed to a balanced market and possibly an incredibly active one…. soon. Investor confidence is back without question. The recovery after Irma has been better than any had predicted. The Dutch side seems to be leading the way and at 80+%, and the French side is close behind with many projects underway.
