The hotel handles the marketing, reservations, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operations, so ownership remains completely hands-off.

HOA FEES

The HOA covers the maintenance of the building structure and common areas, shared

standard FF&E package supplied by the developer. Contributions to the Indigo Bay
Master Foundation for roads, security, and landscaping are also included through
the HOA.
